WOW! What a year so far for Runnin’ On Faith! It has been exciting, challenging, and most of all Spirit-filled. Words cannot express how we feel as God allows us to share with you in concert. It has really been a life changing experience for all of us. Over the last two to three months, it has been our privilege to sing for several churches of all different sizes, shapes and denominations. The one constant has been the Holy Spirit. It doesn’t matter if we are singing for 10 people or 10,000 people (still prayin’ for that one), as we step out to sing the Spirit of the Living God takes us to another place. None of us can explain it, and many of you have shared it with us. As Forest, Kevin, Ken and I “debrief” on the way home from the concerts, we always say the same thing. WOW! Isn’t God great! That is always our prayer as we sing, and He has been faithful to deliver “ON TIME – EVERY TIME”. As I close this article, I want to
say, on behalf of all of the guys, “Thank You” to all of you that have
been a part of the ROF experience over this year, and to the rest of you,
we are looking forward to being with you soon. I would like to ask you to
pray for ROF on a regular basis. All of us feel very strongly that God has
put us together for a very specific and awesome purpose. We are still
diligently seeking to fulfill that purpose and we need “Prayer Warriors” to
help keep that focus and faith. What a blessing to be able to “sing and
make music with our friends”. We claim the beautiful scripture truth – “He
who began a good work in you will be FAITHFUL to complete it”.
- Curt Pool ...the concert was WONDERFUL!! Thanks again so much for coming and making the day so special for our seniors. First Baptist Church McKinney
We really
enjoyed the concert! Our people are still talking about how much fun it
was and yet very worshipful at the same time.
